FixMyCycle Rental Bicycle Terms and Conditions
- Rental Process and Requirements: Pay a deposit before collecting the bicycle. Submit a copy of your Aadhaar Card and proof of another valid ID.
- Damage and Repairs: You are responsible for physical damage. FMC Rental handles electrical component failures.
- Subscription (if offered): Enter into a binding contract with FMC Rental. Receive a new bicycle based on your selection. Return the bicycle within 5 days if unsatisfied.
- Subscriber Responsibilities: Pay the annual subscription amount on time. Store the bicycle in a dry, secure place. Maintain the bicycle to a reasonable standard. Return the complete bicycle upon upgrades.
- Subscription Term: The agreement begins upon delivery and ends when the bicycle is returned. Extend or terminate early by contacting FMC Rental support.
- Use of Bicycles: Use the bicycle safely and responsibly. Use the bicycle for its intended purpose only. Maintain the bicycle in good condition.
- Warranties (Optional): FMC Rental may offer warranties. Refer to separate documents.
- Delivery Charges: Doorstep delivery has additional charges.
- Disclaimer: FMC Rental is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by using the rented bicycle.
