FMC Assured Terms and Conditions

FMC Assured Service

FMC Assured is an optional inspection service offered by FixMyCycle for a fee of Rs. 299/-. This fee is payable by either the seller or the buyer, as agreed upon between the parties.

The inspection includes a 10-point checklist, timestamped photos and videos, and a certification of the bicycle’s condition at the time of inspection.

Inspection Report
The FMC Assured inspection report provides a detailed assessment of the bicycle’s condition, including any existing faults. While the report aims to be comprehensive, it does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of the bicycle’s future performance.

Limitations
FMC Assured does not cover any pre-existing conditions or faults that were not identified during the inspection.

FixMyCycle shall not be liable for any issues that arise after the inspection, including those related to the bicycle’s functionality, safety, or performance.

Liability
The liability of FixMyCycle under FMC Assured is limited to the inspection service itself.

FixMyCycle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the FMC Assured service.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between the buyer and seller regarding the condition of a bicycle inspected under FMC Assured, FixMyCycle may, at its discretion, mediate between the parties. FixMyCycle’s decision in such disputes shall be final and binding.

Refunds
The fee for FMC Assured is non-refundable, except in cases where the inspection is canceled by FixMyCycle due to unforeseen circumstances.
