Before embarking upon our mission, market research helped us understand various challenges faced by cyclists when seeking reliable repairs or routine maintenance services across different parts of India.To achieve this goal, we conducted extensive pilot tests in three major metropolitan areas - Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad - prior to launching nationally.
