FixMyCycle Classifieds Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using FixMyCycle Classifieds, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the platform.
User Information:
Collection of Information: We collect your name and contact number when you create a listing or express interest in a bicycle. This information is necessary to facilitate communication between buyers and sellers.
Display of Information: Your name and contact number will be displayed on our website along with your listing. However, your contact number will only be visible to potential buyers after they complete an email verification process with an OTP (One-Time Password).
Privacy: We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy [link to your Privacy Policy] for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Listings:
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about the bicycle you are listing.
Prohibited Items: You may not list any stolen bicycles or bicycles that violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Listing Removal: FixMyCycle reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate.
Transactions
Facilitating Contact: FixMyCycle Classifieds acts as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We do not directly handle the transactions.
No Warranty or Guarantee: We do not offer any warranties or guarantees on the sale and purchase of bicycles listed on our platform. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for negotiating and finalizing their transactions.
FMC Assured
Inspection Service: FMC Assured is an optional inspection service provided by FixMyCycle. While it provides a detailed assessment of the bicycle’s condition, it does not constitute a warranty or guarantee.
Inspection Report: The FMC Assured inspection report serves as a record of the bicycle’s condition at the time of inspection. It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to review the report carefully.
Limitation of Liability: FixMyCycle Classifieds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the platform or the purchase or sale of any bicycle.
Modifications to Terms: FixMyCycle reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
