FixMyCycle Service At Home Terms & Conditions
1. What to Know Before You Book
- Review service details carefully. Prices listed only cover mentioned services.
- Price excludes: Fixing bent wheels, accident damage, brake bleeding, spare parts.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation at your doorstep? Rs.250 visiting charge applies. Example if you have any change of plans or not prepared for spare part changes
- In case we are not able to fulfill your booking due to any unforeseen circumstances we will call you before your booking time to inform you the same and also book an alternate slot at your convenient time.
3. Parts and Service Time
- Technicians provide part costs before replacement. You pay them directly.
- Service time depends on your bike’s condition (usually 30-45 minutes).
4. Service Location
- We need a clear workspace like a car park, balcony, or lobby.
- Keep pets and children away to avoid accidents.
5. Service Completion
Complaints after the technician departs won’t be accepted. Please ensure your complete satisfaction, we kindly request you to thoroughly check your bicycle before our technician leaves your place. Since FixMyCycle offers convenient home service, follow-up visits for minor adjustments might not be possible. However, if you encounter any issues after the service, please contact us within 24 hours at support@fixmycycle.com or Whatsapp +91 9551909111. We’ll do our best to assist you remotely or advise on next steps.
6. Major Repairs
For complex repairs, we can pick up your bike, fix it at our workshop, and return it (additional cost applies – you’ll be informed before pickup).
